In 2024, the Meridian Trojans baseball team had one of the most successful seasons in program history and reached their first state championship game since 1984. Tight battles and overcoming obstacles characterized their journey and culminated in a memorable run to the 1A state championship game.
North Whatcom's representation was high at the high school track and field state championships from May 23-25 in Yakima (1A, 1B, 2B) and Tacoma (2A, 3A, 4A).
The Lynden girls tennis team capped off one of the most successful regular seasons in school history on May 26 at the Nordstrom Center in Seattle. The team's third-place finish at the 2A state tournament was Lynden girls tennis' first top-three finish since 2009.
